Holdem Manager Manual Hand ImportIn the Manual Hand Import section choose either import file to import one or more files or import folder to import a bunch of files within a folder and its sub folders.Force import of previously imported hands will force the importer to parse all files again instead of skipping over files it may have imported previously. This will slow down the import speed, but it is necessaryuseful in rare instances where it missed hands on a previous import.Note: If you have any import errors please zip (right-click send to compressed folder) and attach the problem hand histories when submitting a ticket. Then, in the Import History section you should see a list of previous imports with information on the number of files imported, how fast they imported and how many duplicates and errors there are. Move through the left side list to see information for each batch. Holdem Manager Update And BreakPoker sites often update and break the importing and we could already have an update out to fix it Reimport Your Hands. Try reimporting the hand histories: Go to C:HM2Archive and search for the folders for the days Holdem Manager missed. Holdem Manager Archive Should BeThe archive should be organized by Site, then by YearMonthDay (example: C:HM2ArchivePokerstars20140209) Holdem Manager archives all the hands into C:HM2archive Then tick the option to Force import of previously imported hands. This option tells Holdem Manager to reimport the hands even if they were skipped in the past due to an import error that was since resolved. Import previously imported hands In some cases the hands may also be in the poker sites default hand history folder so also try reimporting hands from those locations. If you notice a large amount of hands in any of the poker sites hand history folders then check if archiving is on. If archiving is not on it can cause performance issues when too many hands build in the poker sites hand history folders. If the problem still persists after the above steps, try creating a new database and reimport all your hands as explained in the previous step. If you have an SSD drive use that to improve speed and performance and always make sure the path will have enough space to maintain a growing database. If the hands are showing in the new database but not the old one, export all your hands from the old database and import the hands into the new database. Holdem Manager support needs the original hands as the exported hands also export the errors and do not us see the original issue. Find these in the poker site hand history folder or in the archive. Some sites like PokerStars allow you to create the hand histories in other languages but we only support English hands. Make sure you have the newest version as poker sites often update and break the importing and we could already have an update out to fix it.
